Domino's Pizza

Terrible experience. I placed my order at 6:47 and said my order would be ready around 7:05. Got to the store around 7:00 and watched the tracker updates, and they just kept extending my pickup time. Finally walked into the store around 7:20 to find out what was going on and received a very rude "I'm only one person!" from the woman inside. She also said my food was in the oven. Around 7:25 I got an update from the tracker saying my food was placed in the oven. So they forgot to make my food and in no way tried to make it right. My food was finally ready at 7:38, almost an hour after ordering. Very bad service, would not recommend.

Terrible customer service. You lose a customer over not putting extra garlic butter and parm when the damn customer is willing to pay, they say no. I’ll go somewhere else that will then. Nice doing business with ya over this. U guys are pathetic.

I can't believe I'm saying this but I have ordered from this dominos 3 times in the last month and it's always great. The staff is always super nice as well. I randomly noticed they were running any size any topping for 9.99 and I thought eh for $10 I'll give it a try and be totally disappointed. I was wrong. Reminds me of Dominos from the 80s.

I mean it's a legit hole in the wall on Alexis road, it's location is not great. However, the ease of placing my order online and then picking it up from the empty parking lot with nobody else in the building at 10 o'clock at night with the street lights on? Priceless. And the pizza is on point too. For as high as you rate Domino's pizza.

Big shout out to Ryan for making my pizza absolutely perfect and to Michelle, the delivery driver that was friendly everything about my first time experience ordering from here was nothing short of amazing. Definitely recommend this location. They got the pizza pros here.
